Lizbeth Berman, M.A. CCC-SLP
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Liz Berman has impacted the quality of life for countless patients and their families. At the foundation of her work is a true compassion for people and a desire to find solutions. Today, she serves clients across the life span—from infants, children, and young adults to adults and seniors—always with a focus on intently listening and observing to evaluate and treat speech disorders.
Throughout a career spanning more than 20 years, Liz had gained valuable experience in private practice, clinical, academic, and research settings. Previously, she gained valuable experience as a speech therapist at Devereaux Advanced Behavioral Health, Massachusetts General Hospital (part of Harvard Medical School), USC’s Sensory Integration Therapy Workshops, and UCLA’s Neuro-Psychiatric Institute. She was invited by the California chapter head of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation to be the speech-language liaison between parents, children, and professionals in partnership with the Dolphin Research Center in Marathon, Florida. She has also taught graduate-level workshops in oral-motor therapy at the University of Haifa in Israel.
